The main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Samura Kamara has left New York and his due to arrive in Maryland later on Saturday.

According to reports, Kamara will address some Sierra Leoneans in Maryland on his agenda and development plans ahead of the June 2023 elections.

The meeting is believed to take place at the Metro Point Hotel on Saturday afternoon.

Kamara will be contesting with the incumbent President Julius Maada Bio in the 24 June Presidential election.

The election will be the second consecutive contest between the two in which Bio won by a narrow margin after a runoff.
