Murraydeen Preparatory School has achieved an outstanding triumph in the 2023 National Primary School Examination (NPSE) in Sierra Leone, securing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions.

Topping the charts are twin siblings Floydalin and Floyd Davies, who captured the 1st and 2nd places respectively

Floydalin Davies, a brilliant female pupil from Murraydeen Preparatory School, who achieved an impressive aggregate score of 339, Followed closely behind by her twin brother Floyd Davies, also from the same school, with a remarkable score of 336. Saffa Siam Deborah completes the remarkable trifecta, securing the third spot with a commendable score of 334. All three top performers hail from the Murraydeen Preparatory School.

The dominance of Murraydeen Preparatory School is further underscored by the fact that a significant majority of the top 11 candidates who excelled in the NPSE exams were girls.

Out of the total candidates from the 4,790 schools that participated in the exams, an impressive 73 percent of the top achievers were girls.

The 2023 NPSE exams saw an overall pass rate of 81.3% slightly higher than last year’s 81.2% pass rate.

Murraydeen Preparatory School has consistently proven its commitment to academic excellence. In the 2021 NPSE exams, Jason Pokawa, a pupil of Murray-Deen, was recognized as the best student nationwide.
