The National Council for Technical, Vocational, and Other Academic Awards (NCTVA) recently met with the Education Committee in Parliament, which includes both the Technical and Higher Education and Basic Education ministries. The 

The meeting, held on April 14th, 2023, at the NCTVA conference hall, aimed to discuss the revised NCTVA Act and seek advice from the Parliamentary Education Committee on what to consider.

Attendees at the meeting included the NCTVA Chairman, Prof. Abdul Babatunde Karim, NCTVA Director, Ing. M.A Jalloh, NCTVA’s Act Committee Chair, Ing. Badamasi Savage, and the Parliamentary Education Committee Chairman and members.

This consultative meeting was part of a series of engagements held nationwide to finalize the new NCTVA Act.
