The Prince of Wales Junior Secondary School in Kingtom, Sierra Leone, has announced the dates for interviews into its Junior Secondary School (JSS) 1 program for the 2024/2025 academic year.
According to the public notice released by the school’s administration, the interviews are scheduled for Monday, 2nd September, and Tuesday, 3rd September 2024.
The interviews will be conducted for pupils who successfully passed the National Primary School Examination (NPSE) with scores ranging from 288 to 334. Candidates are required to attend the interview sessions promptly between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on their designated dates. The interview dates have been segmented by NPSE scores: candidates with scores between 334 and 294 are to attend on Monday, 2nd September, while those with scores between 293 and 288 will be interviewed on Tuesday, 3rd September.
In preparation for the interview, pupils must be accompanied by either a parent or guardian and are required to present specific documents. These documents include their primary school record cards and NPSE results, both signed and stamped by their head teachers. Additionally, they are expected to bring their birth certificates and four passport-sized photographs. Notably, pupils are required to attend the interview dressed in their previous school uniforms, in line with the school’s regulations.
The school administration encourages all prospective students to comply with the guidelines and arrive on time for the interviews. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to join one of Sierra Leone’s prestigious junior secondary schools, known for its rich history and commitment to quality education.
