The stage is set. The music has been heard. Here are the exceptional individuals who ruled the year.

LXG – #11

Sierra Leone’s most dynamic power couple, LXG Music Group are proving in 2025 that their brand is stronger than ever.

Following a dominant 2024, the duo kept the pressure on this year with “hits after hits.” Their standout moment came in June 2025 with the release of “How Are You” featuring Rozzy Sokota and Willie Jay. The track didn’t just get streams; it became a cultural phenomenon, taking over TikTok with millions of views and solidifying its place as a party anthem across the country.

Not resting on their laurels, Pretty S and Nega Don closed the year with a bang in December 2025, dropping the high-energy single “Bye Bye To My Ex.” Despite minimal promotion, the song instantly trended thanks to a viral dance tutorial by Pretty S, proving that their connection with the streets is organic and unbreakable.

Beyond the music, 2025 was a historic year for their business portfolio. On September 20, 2025, LXG signed a landmark contract with US-based entities Solo22 Management and NnVision Consulting. This deal is set to export their unique “Sajazz” sound—a fusion of jazz elegance, Krio lyricism, and global grooves—to the international market. As Nega Don put it, “This moment represents the next level for LXG.”

From headlining Star Zee’s Ladies Fest and the Afro Fusion Carnival (sharing the stage with Nigerian singer Fido) to closing the year at high-profile events like Uni Fest, Tamala Festival, and the Masquerade Ball Night, LXG was everywhere that mattered.

For their ability to evolve their sound, secure international partnerships, and keep the dancefloors full with anthems, LXG takes the 11th spot on the 20 Hottest Artistes in Sierra Leone 2025.
