Sierra Leonean music Sensation Jacob Alexander Evangelista, popularly known as The Therapist, has reacted to his recent nomination for West African Artist of the Year at the Headies Music Awards 2023.
The talented artist recently achieved another milestone in his career as he received a nomination for West Africa Artist of the Year at the prestigious Headies Music Awards 2023.
The Therapist took to his official Facebook page to share the exciting news with his dedicated fanbase. In a heartfelt message, he expressed his gratitude and called upon his followers to support him in this significant endeavor. “Hello, my good people on this blue app,” The Therapist wrote. “Please ladies and gentlemen who are following me on this blue app, I have been nominated for West Africa Artist of the Year 2023. I need your support, Even though I have God by my side, I also need you guys to help me achieve my gold,” he wrote.
The Therapist further motivated his fans by promising a special surprise if they rally behind him and show their support before September. He alluded to dropping something “sweet,” building anticipation among his followers. “If you do [support me] before September, I will drop something sweet,” he revealed.
The Therapist is being nominated alongside three Ghanaian artists: Gyakie, Black Sheriff, and Camidoh, all in the same category, to compete for the title of West African Artist of the Year.
