According to popular journalist Sarah Kallay, the rapper made the statement during an inclusive interview in the wake of a media upheaval following his request that his name be removed from the list of the performing artists at the ‘Back to My Roots’ festival that is been organized by Ambassador Kao Denero.

Sarah Kallay added that, Boss La revealed that he will never be on the same stage to perform with Kao Denero especially when he has hands in organizing the event.

Rapper Boss La explained that he considered the “Back to My Root” festival as another selfish ploy to boost only Kao Denero’s career and not the industry in any way which he stated that the inclusion of his name was not only disrespectful but the assumption that he will be performing as a guest artist whilst Khaligraph Jones that he considers himself to be better than, will be a headline act for the event.

As Sierra Leoneans requested him to accept Ambassador Kao Denero’s invitation to perform for the good of the industry, Boss La replied them that they lack the understanding of how disrespectful Kao Denero was being to them all.
