Mary Yei Yongai, a Sierra Leonean make-up artist vying for the Guinness World Record has officially announced the date for her attempt.

According to her post on social media, her Guinness World Record attempt will be held on April 30th, 2024 at the Bintumani car park in Freetown.

Yongai is vying for the record of a Makeup A-Thon aiming to complete a makeover on 100 people within 24 hours.

Yongai received her approval letter from the Guinness World Records in February 2024 and ever since Sierra Leoneans have been giving her the utmost support she needs to bring the record home.
