Sierra Leonean Film and Media Editor, Eric Jonjo has cycled to his fourth West African country after arriving in Liberia earlier on Friday.

Jonjo started his tour from Dakar in Senegal and cycled through Guinea and Sierra Leone.

The film editor had planned to end his tour in the Liberian capital, Monrovia by the end of Friday, 18th August, 2023.

“I like taking challenges, I literally took one month leave from work to tour round 4 African countries -Senegal, Guinea Conakry, Sierra Leone and Liberia,” Jonjo is reported to have said by Weblog232.

Some locals have thrown their support for the young man and wished rooting for him to successfully complete his tour. Jonjo’s resolve to tour the four countries is believed to be the first from a Sierra Leonean.

The young man caught the admiration of some of the local population especially being that he is not a professional cyclist.
