The Sierra Leone Police Division at Waterloo in the Western Rural of Sierra Leone has arrested 8 persons on murder- related offences. The police force still takes the venture to effectively police the town as it is known for its high crime rates.

The Eight (8) persons arrested include, six males, and two females and are in custody at the Waterloo Police Station for Murder cases committed in various communities in and around Waterloo, as gathered from irreproachable source.

It was further revealed from a Police report that, they are part of a total of Forty-seven (47) suspects in detention at the Waterloo Divisional Headquarters before the start of a New Year (2023) in less than 24 hours.

Investigation still continues on the matter as the Waterloo community remains relatively calm.
