Sierraloaded has received report of a tragic occurrence that claimed the life of a young boy at Waterloo.

According to M G Sama, A Sierraloaded user who sent the report, the young boy fell into a well this morning at Waterloo near LIC School.

Because the Well was filled with water, he drowned and died.

Efforts to rescue him cannot be ascertained.
