The Advisory Board of Everybody Must Farm (EMF) Organization in Sierra Leone, has given an official order to the National Executive to produce the 2025-2030 National Action Plan within 13 days.
The deadline for submissions is April 3, 2025, at the first Board meeting of the year in Freetown.
Daniel Moseray OOR, Chairman of the Strategic Planning Meeting and Member of the Advisory Board, Daniel Moseray, announced the order. Moseray talked about the importance of the EMF’s service delivery in encouraging sustainable agriculture practices in Sierra Leone, adding that the government and international donors are constantly monitoring the organization’s progress.
Moseray went on to say that the accomplishment of the EMF’s authorized District Farms Project might draw Big investment from development partners, boosting job creation and fostering long-term development in Sierra Leone.
Elizabeth Beola Stanley, another major member of the EMF Advisory Board, shared additional information on the April 3rd meeting. She said that the gathering’s focus will be an internal review of the EMF’s activities, the organization’s integrity, and the official launch along with execution of the District Farms Project.
Stanley talked about the standard of the Advisory Board members, explaining their dedication to maintaining the organization’s integrity and garnering critical funding. This includes help for machinery, plant seeds, warehouses, processing infrastructure, and market mechanisms, all with the goal of lifting the EMF to international standards.
In her final remarks, Stanley urged members of the National Executive to follow the Board’s direction and remain committed to the purpose of EMF. She lay explained the necessity of patriotism in achieving the organization’s goals and promoting agricultural growth in Sierra Leone.
