Emissary Sisters, a renowned non-profit organization in Pujehun District committed to youth empowerment, has announced the successful conclusion of its recent Empowerment Training program in Pujehun.
The program, aimed at equipping youths with essential skills and knowledge, has garnered widespread acclaim for its effectiveness in fostering personal and professional growth among participants.
According to the CEO, Jeneba Jenny Massaquoi, the training, made possible through the generous support of stakeholders, saw participants undergo a transformative journey, emerging with newfound capabilities poised to make a positive impact in their communities, hence on behalf of the Emissary Sisters, the CEO expressed heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders for their invaluable contributions to the success of the program.
With the training phase now completed, Emissary Sisters is eagerly preparing for the upcoming certification ceremony scheduled to take place on 8th March 2024, coinciding with International Women’s Day. This year’s theme, “Inspire Inclusion,” resonates deeply with the organization’s commitment to empowering women and fostering gender equality.
Haja Jeneba Mustapha is one of the beneficiaries of the skills training opportunity, she lauded the emissary sisters for the kind gesture, stating that the skill she has gained will help take care of her immediate needs.
