The Kailahun District Students’ Union has voluntarily finished a day of cleaning work inside the municipality of Kailahun as a method to keep the Kailahun District Clean and hygienic during the Festive Season, as well as complimenting the effort of the Kailahun District Council.

During the process of this community service to the people of Kailahun, many students who are now on vacation in the town joined the exercise. According KaiDSU National Secretary General, Vandi Ali-amie Kosia he revealed that the goal of the exercise was to help the district without expecting anything in return.

After a successful day of reaching their objectives for the first cleaning, many onlookers praised this admirable activity, and they called for its continuation. This is a blatant indication that the cleaning was required and necessary.

Other communities including Pendembu, Daru, and Segbwema are anticipated to see more progress with the project. “We are dedicated to the district’s growth as students” the mentioned.

KaiDSU in their concluding remarks expressed the executive’s gratitude to the Kailahun District Council for their unwavering support. They continued to extend their appreciation tentacles to the membership, for their tremendous contributions to the body.
