A 25-year-old man, Desmond Woode a painter and resident of White Stone, Waterloo, has been arrested after being accused of sexually penetrating two minors.
According to the report from the Family Support Unit at the Waterloo Police Division, both victims aged 11 and 13 respectively are of the same parents.
Desmond Woode the alleged perpetrator has denied the allegations against him which he said are baseless and malicious.
The accused is currently in police custody for further investigations.

These barbaric acts still continue to be orchestrated by indecent Sierra Leonean men. The law also needs to be ruthless with these perpetrators. The children need to have their rights to health, and social well-being as a matter of must in contemporary Sierra Leone.
Some of these allegations need to be properly investigated.
The Sierra Leone I know is full of hatred.
