The Motema Division of the Sierra Leone Police has charged 28-year-old Mohamed Sesay to court for the alleged unlawful possession of 470 wraps of suspected kush.
According to the police report, the accused was apprehended during an operation conducted as part of the Division’s ongoing efforts to combat the sale, distribution, and consumption of harmful narcotic substances within Motema and its surrounding communities.
Additionally, this action forms part of a broader crackdown by the Sierra Leone Police aimed at addressing growing concerns over drug-related activities and their adverse impact on public safety.
The matter is now before the court for further proceedings.
