The vicar General of the Holy Orthodox Archdiocesan of Sierra Leone, Reverend Father Dr Themistocles has opened a new modern primary school for children within the Kroo Bay Community.

The opening of the school came at a time when the pupils are constrained with inadequate learning facilities.
