Actress and media personality Phebean Swill has sought a solution to a perplexing skin transformation following her visit to Mambo Waterfall. Swill took to social media to share her unusual experience, expressing her concern and seeking advice from the public.
Swill described her visit to Mambo Waterfall, emphasizing the serene beauty and captivating violence of the cascading water. However, what should have been a delightful excursion took an unexpected turn on her journey back.
A few hours after her encounter with the waterfall, Swill noticed a stark difference in the complexion of her legs. While the parts of her body that were covered during the visit remained unaffected, the areas that had direct contact with the waterfall’s water had taken on a darker hue, reminiscent of a sunburn. Strikingly, this alteration occurred on a day when there was no excessive sun exposure.
Remarkably, over 34 hours have passed since the visit, and Swill’s skin has not reverted to its normal state. In search of answers, she reached out to her followers and anyone who has faced a similar situation, asking for assistance and advice.
Swill’s plea, “Has anyone else experienced this before from Mambo? How did you deal with it? Duya una ep me (please help me),” has garnered significant attention on social media, sparking discussions and speculations about the potential causes and remedies for her unusual skin condition.

Honestly this unprofessional.
Whoa! I would first advise that our health ministry investigate that the water is not contaminated. If it is not, and it is natural, then I will advise our tourism to start work on that site. Do you know how many Caucasian (white) women go on holiday every year to get their skin tanned? If true, Sierra Leone is open to tourism with natural tanning. BRAVO!
