A lady identified herself as Aminata Koroma has confessed that she is the reason why Sergeant Samura was sacked from the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF).

The lady made this confession on a video shared on social media.

According to the lady, someone approached her and gave her Le500 to drug Sgt. Samura. She added that the person gave him the officer’s name, address, photo and phone number.

Koroma said she approached Sgt. Samura for a friendship but he turned her down, stating that she is too young for her, adding that he has children that are older than her.

She however said that on her way to visit her aunt at Regent he met with Sgt. Samura at Imatt Junction, adding that she immediately recognised him from the photo that was sent to her. She said the officer was suffering from severe stomach pain, and she offered to buy him medicine and water.

Koroma said that she went and bought drugs and mixed it with the medicines and gave it to Sgt. Samura.

She said after some time, the officer was intoxicated and started behaving recklessly. “I told everyone that wanted to help him that he is a drunkard and the behaviour is part of his nature,” she said.

The lady said after two week she got information that Sgt. Samura has been sacked, noting that she instantly regretted her action and realised that she had done something terribly wrong. She said her heart is not at peace and has been finding ways to locate the officer but she cannot find him.

She went on to ask for forgiveness from Sgt. Samura and his family
