Cross-section of Bike Riders Union (BRU) members of Small Bo Chiefdom, Kenema district have thrown their support to a popular Parliamentary aspirant of Constituency 11, under the ruling Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP), PJ Sannoh.
The riders made this declaration on Sunday 19 March 2023, after Sannoh donated a set of football jerseys and footballs to the union.
During the donation of the ceremony, the BRU Chairman, Noah A Bawoh sent a strong message to President Julius Maada Bio and the hierarchy of the SLPP party.
He, on behalf of the union, expressed that they need young people in political positions, adding that they need the young people to be considered for symbols and political positions so that they can serve the welfare of youths, children, and aged people.

He also said that they appreciate the leadership of President Bio and what he has done in the area of human capital development.
Bawoh, however, called for the representation of more young people in politics, like PJ Sannoh, who is contesting in constituency 11, to represent their interests.
