The National Organizing Secretary of the Supreme Islamic Council of Sierra Leone, Sheikh Hassan Kamara has been reported dead.
The council with deep sorrow and heartfelt belief in the desire and will of Allah, announced that the sad event took place on Wednesday 12th July 2023.
He was put to rest on Thursday 13th July 2023, in his hometown at Tambaka, Kambia District.
According to the Supreme Islamic council, the late man was a “hardworking and dedicated National Organizing Secretary of the Council for so many years and was also a prominent Imam, Islamic preacher, Presenter of Islamic lectures and programs, community leader and peace advocate”.
They said the late man will be remembered for his passionate love for Islam and his community.
May Allah grant him paradise
May Allah subannahu wata Allah accepet him in al janatu firdaus.
May Allah grant him Jannatul fridaous with his mercy
He was laid to rest yesterday Friday 14th July in our home town Samaya village, Tambakha Chiefdom, Karene District.
May Allah show him mercy. A big family man and a true leader.
May his departed soul rest in peace
