Three accused individuals Musa Kamara Morison, Abdulai Laborers, and Ibrahim Kejemeh Dauda, a kekeh rider, have been remanded at the Male Correctional Center on Pademba Road in Freetown by Magistrate Santigie Bangura. They face allegations of involvement in the death of Alouysh Deen Tarawallie, popularly known as Arata.”
The accused persons made their first appearance in court on Monday 18th September 2023 after they had been charged for Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Murder.
According to the charges made by the police in court, it was alleged that the three accused persons on Tuesday 15th August 2013 in Freetown conspired to murder Railway Line Tengbeh Town to the victim Arata.
After the charges had been read and explained to the accused persons, no plea was taken and no legal representation was made on their behalf.
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sorie Conteh informed the court that none of the prosecution witnesses was in court.
Magistrate Santigie Bangura then remanded the accused persons and adjourned the matter to September 29, 2023.
