A lifeless body, yet to be identified, was discovered on Thursday at the main Taiama junction in Taiama town, Kori Chiefdom, Moyamba District.

Residents reported that a middle-aged woman named Safiatu, who claimed to be from Gbangbantoke in Moyamba District, had been seen in the area approximately a week ago, wandering around Taiama, particularly the main junction. Shockingly, her lifeless body was found this morning.

Witnesses who encountered Safiatu while she was alive described her body adorned with tattoos, including images of skulls and phrases such as “Street Girl.”

The cause of her demise remains unknown as police and stakeholders are actively conducting investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding her death. The community awaits further updates on this mysterious incident.
