NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

PROCUREMENT OF GOODS (OFFICE STATIONERY, ICT EQUIPMENT, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT, OFFICE FURNITURE, MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR CYCLE TYRES AND LUBRICANTS, IEC MATERIALS, OFFICE PROVISIONS AND CLEANING MATERIALS, SPARE PARTS AND COMPUTER CONSUMABLES

Procurement Number: ACC/ADMIN/NCB/001/2021

The Anti-Corruption Commission has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone for
the procurement of Assorted Goods on a Framework Contract and now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of:

(OFFICE STATIONERY, ICT EQUIPMENT, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS, OFFICE FURNITURE, MOTOR TYRES AND LUBRICANTS, IEC MATERIALS, OFFICE PROVISIONS AND CLEANING MATERIALS, SPARE PARTS AND COMPUTER CONSUMABLES)

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability to supply the correct
specification of the aforesaid goods within the specified time period. The successful bidder (s)
will be required to sign a framework contract which will last for one year for the goods indicated
in the schedule for requirement.
A framework contract is one which is adopted by a purchaser:
a) Where the Items are needed “On Call” but where the quantity and timing of the
requirements cannot be defined precisely in advance; or
b) To reduce lead times for items which are needed repeatedly or continuously over a period
of time, by having them available on a “Call Off” basis.
Payment under this contract shall be for actual quantity delivered using the fixed unit price
specified in your bidding documents.
Bidding can be done in Lots as follows:

Lot 1: ICT Equipment
Lot 2: Computer Consumables/Tonners
Lot 3: Vehicle and Motor Bike Tyres and Lubricants
Lot 4: Electrical and Electronics Equipment
Lot 5: Provisions and Cleaning Materials
Lot 6: Office Stationery
Lot 7: Production of Information Education Communication (IEC) Materials
Lot 8: Office Furniture
Lot 9: Spare Parts (Vehicle, Motorbike and Generator)

Interested Bidders can bid for one or all of the lots and bidders may obtain further information
and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 10:00am to 3:00
pm Monday to Friday. Each lot has a separate bidding document and may be purchased upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Leones) for each

Please note that every Lot has its own Bidding document and every bid must be delivered to the
address below on or before 2nd November 2021 12:00 Noon.
All bids must be accompanied by:

 Bid Security of 15,000,000 (Fifteen Million Leones) for Lot 1
 Bid Security of 10,000,000 (Ten Million Leones) for Lot 2, 3 and 9
 Bid Security of 10,000,000 (Ten Million Leones) for Lots 4, 5 and 8
 Bid Security of 10,000,000 (Ten Million Leones) for Lot 6 and
 Bid Security of 10,000,000 (Ten Million Leones) for Lot 7

Bids will be opened on 2nd November 2021 at 12:00noon, in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who may choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and
returned unopened to bidders.
