A woman identified as Admire Bio is currently in custody at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Sierra Leone, with police reportedly preparing to charge her to court over allegations of fraud and robbery-related activity.
According to information available, Admire Bio is alleged to have sold fake gold to a group of Italian nationals in a transaction valued at approximately $300,000.
It is further alleged that after the transaction, the Italian nationals were later attacked and robbed by individuals reportedly linked to the suspect along the Mile 13 axis.
Police have not yet formally filed charges, but sources indicate that investigations are ongoing and that court proceedings are being prepared.
Authorities are expected to provide further details as the case progresses.
