Lawyer and former ACC Commissioner Ady Macauley have spoken after being released from police custody for alleged incitement on a popular TV program.

Andy Macauley spent about 48 hours at the Criminal Investigation Debarment (CID) headquarters at Pademba Road, Freetown.

After his release, he went to his social media handle and thank the public for their support towards him.

“Thank you Sierra Leone
I am now home safe. Thanks to all of you who in diverse ways were my pillar of support in the past 48 hours.
Indeed Sierra Leone and beyond are my family”.
