Air Sierra Leone has been recognized for its exemplary leadership and contribution to national development, receiving the Outstanding Leadership and Societal Impact Award at the 2025 Visionary Awards ceremony held on Saturday at the New Brookfields Hotel.
The award was received on behalf of the company by the Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Sukhjinder Mann, who described the accolade as a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the entire Air Sierra Leone workforce.
In his remarks, Mr. Mann reaffirmed the airline’s strategic direction and its commitment to supporting Sierra Leone’s growth. He emphasized the company’s determination to enhance the country’s aviation landscape by positioning Freetown as a central aviation hub, expanding the national aviation industry, and investing in the training of the next generation of Sierra Leonean aviators.
“We can do better, and we will do better,” Mr. Mann stated, underscoring the company’s mission to drive aviation excellence and contribute meaningfully to national progress.
Air Sierra Leone extended appreciation to the organizers of the Visionary Awards for the recognition, noting that the honor reflects the collective effort of all members of the airline.
