In a public notice issued by the party’s National Secretariat on April 13, 2026, the APC informed its general membership, aspirants, delegates, and stakeholders that preparations are underway to conduct the elections across the country.

The notice serves as an official engagement with key party structures, including the National Advisory Committee (NAC), National Executive Committee (NEC), Regional, District, Constituency, and Ward Executives, as well as all individuals involved in the electoral process.

The party has urged all interested members seeking to contest in the elections to complete and submit their applications on or before April 30, 2026. The APC emphasized that the electoral process will be conducted in a manner that ensures transparency, fairness, credibility, and equal opportunity for all aspirants.

Party members and stakeholders have also been called upon to maintain discipline and uphold the party’s values throughout the process. The Secretariat urged participants to engage in the elections peacefully and respectfully in the interest of unity and democratic participation.

The upcoming elections are expected to play a crucial role in strengthening the party’s internal structures and promoting grassroots democracy across the country.
