Magistrate Brima Jah of Pademba Road Court No. 1 has refused bail to All Peoples Congress (APC) National Secretary General, Lansana Dumbuya Esq., following his first court appearance today.
Lansana Dumbuya, has been sent on remand at the male correctional facility at Pademba Road Prison. He faces three-count charges relating to incitement, insulting conduct, and public insult against the president.
The matter has been adjourned to 16 February 2026 for further hearing.
