President Julius Maada Bio has tempoparily appointed the Minister of Local Government Tamba Lamina to act as the Minister of Lands, Housing, and Country Planning until the return of Minister Turad Senesie.
A press release from the Office of the President in State House signed by the Secretary to the President, Julius F. Sandy informed Lamina about his appointment.
The notice further went on to state that the appointment was on a temporary base as the current minister of lands upon his return will assume his position
The release reads as follow;
I write to inform you that it has pleased his excellency the President to appoint you to act as Minister of Lands, Housing, and Country Planning from the jurisdiction of Sierra Leone.
This appointment will terminate on the return of the substantive Minister of Lands, Housing, and Country Planning.
Turad Senesie is present in The Gambia on an official visit. He was invited by Mustapha Njei, the Chief Executive Officer of TAF Global Africa (the continent’s leading entrepreneur in Affordable Housing).
His visit to The Gambia is to follow up, concretize and accelerate the journey of taking TAF Global Africa to invest in affordable housing in Sierra Leone.
