President Bio emphasized the importance of decentralization and local ownership in achieving the plan’s objectives. “To promote my core governance principles of inclusion, equity, citizen participation, and impactful development, I am in Moyamba Town today to launch the district roll-out and popularization of the MTNDP 2024 – 2030,” he stated.
The plan’s successful implementation will rely on active participation from all citizens, ensuring that development efforts are tailored to the unique needs of each district.
This inclusive approach aims to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility among local communities, ultimately driving sustainable development and progress throughout Sierra Leone.
