Acknowledging the collaborative effort behind the MTNDP, President Bio expressed gratitude to the Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Madam Kenyeh Barlay, for leading its development. He extended appreciation to every individual who contributed to the innovative blueprint, including representatives from development partners, government institutions, local councils, communities, private sector, civil society, NGOs, persons with disabilities, women and youth groups, community and traditional leaders, trade unions, members of Parliament, academia, students, and more.
President Bio concluded with a vision of a Sierra Leone that symbolizes hope, progress, and prosperity for generations to come. As the country embarks on this new National Development Plan, the call for collective commitment and active participation echoes as the foundation for transforming the outlined priorities into tangible improvements in the quality of life for the Sierra Leonean people.
