President Julius Maada Bio engaged with key development partners at State House on July 18th, 2024. The President reiterated his administration’s dedication to initiatives aimed at transforming the lives of Sierra Leoneans, emphasizing the critical role of sincere dialogue and collaboration in achieving shared goals.
During the high-level meeting, President Bio outlined Sierra Leone’s core aspirations, particularly in light of the country’s recent assumption of a seat on the United Nations Security Council. “I shared Sierra Leone’s core aspirations as we assume our seat in the United Security Council,” President Bio stated. “We believe that these sincere dialogues foster a shared understanding of our common interests and goals as friends.”
The President’s remarks highlighted the importance of mutual understanding and cooperation in addressing both local and global challenges. He underscored that the engagements with development partners are not merely formalities but pivotal discussions that shape the future of Sierra Leone and its people.
President Bio’s administration has been actively pursuing a range of development projects aimed at improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, and economic growth. Maada Bio knows his days are numbered to vacate the seat of Power. He stole the people’s democracy therefore he has no legitimacy to govern.
