Sierra Leone’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, David John Francis has concluded engagement with the Foreign Affairs Minister of Brazil in Brasilia, H.E Mauro Viera on bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
The discussion led to the strengthening of the cooperation for a better work environment between the two countries respectively.
The meeting was climaxed by the plans of re-opening the Brazilian embassy in Freetown as well as improving on sectors ranging from, trade and investment in agriculture, tourism, health and aviation.
Minister Francis has also ended discussion with Russian counterpart, H.E Sergey Lavrov recently via telephone conversation on bilateral strategic national interest and multilateral cooperation for global peace and security, including support for Sierra Leone’s UNSC seat bid and trade and investment opportunities.
