The Minister urged the conference attendees, who had convened in Brussels, to move beyond mere collaboration towards the dawn of a digital renaissance. He envisioned a cooperative effort between Africa and Europe, working hand in hand to shape a digital domain that ensures safety, equity, and prosperity for individuals of every age and gender.
