Sierra Leone’s Chief Minister, David Sengeh has officially handed over a newly constructed pre-school building at the Methodist Primary School compound in Segbwema on Saturday, September 6, 2025, Kailahun District.

The facility, which replaces a dilapidated structure, was funded by Deputy Minister of Technical and Higher Education, Sarjoh Aziz-Kamara and family as part of their support to the Government of Sierra Leone’s Foundational Learning agenda championed by President Julius Maada Bio.
