Sierra Leone’s Chief Minister, David Moinina Sengeh has shared an insight of the memorandum of understanding signed for the construction of the lungi bridge project.
His message reads; The Lungi Bridge MOU is a clear as day on its obligations to the parties. At the end of this MOU, we will have for the first time:
A technical feasibility design report of the bridge (what exists now is Pre-feasibility) with modern technology
A more accurately costed bridge as embedded within the broader economic outlook of the new city, the agro and mining zones in the north and northwestern corridor.
A joint commitment to promoting this transformative project. All parties bear their own costs.
Step by step, we will deliver for this country.
