As the three-day dialogue facilitated by the Independent Commission for Peace and National Cohesion takes place from 16th to 18th October 2023, Chief Minister David Monina Sengeh appeals to all involved parties to remember that the eyes of the nation are upon them.
Mr. Sengeh emphasized the deep-rooted unity that binds the politicians and citizens of Sierra Leone. Highlighting personal connections in politics, the Chief Minister revealed that the leader of the APC party, Dr. Samura Kamara, is related to him through marriage.
“The people of Sierra Leone expect both the government and the opposition to collaborate and succeed,” stated Sengeh. He added, “Dr. Samura Kamara’s wife is my aunt from Pujehun, emphasizing the familial ties within our nation. When we peacefully reconcile our differences, the whole nation prospers. Our unity as a country surpasses our divisions.”
This statement underscores the need for cooperation and cohesion as the nation eagerly awaits the outcomes of the dialogue.
We really need it, UNITY. I’m happy to know that APC and SLPP are related by marriage. So, what are we fighting for?

It sengeh and samura that are related not APC and SLPP. Abeg we need this country to be peaceful and stress free. The right thing must be done.

3. Are you really an American citizen?
4. Do you actually understand how the rule of law works, and who normally sets the pace?
5. Does the American government supports Dictators and killer Presidents?
6. What is Democracy according to the Americans?
7. From April, 2018 to June, 2023, did Maada Bio’s government operates on Democratic principles? (Please I need honest responses as a true American citizen ) Thank you very much.

It is obvious, in Sierra Leone we’re all related to ecch an other.inter marriage’s are common because we’re one people one nation.but people like sengeh did not have any values for relationships.Are family relationship more important than the country’s well being?Mr Moina sengeh.
