Cribs International has issued an official apology following an unexpected stage incident during Jamaican artist Christopher Martin’s performance at the One Nation Reggae Festival in Sierra Leone.
The incident occurred while the artist was on stage, leading to concerns among the audience and organizers.
In a statement released to the public, Cribs International expressed deep regret for the technical malfunction that disrupted the performance.
The company, which was officially contracted to provide services for the event, acknowledged the disruption and took full responsibility for the incident.
“We sincerely apologise to the organisers, the audience, and all partners for this situation. We understand the concern it caused and we take responsibility for this technical challenge that happened during our involvement,” the statement read.
Cribs International assured the public that corrective measures have already been implemented to ensure that such an incident does not recur in the future. “We want to assure everyone that steps have already been taken to make sure this never happens again in any event we participate in,” the statement added.
The company also expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Tourism and its partners for their continued trust and support, particularly for allowing Cribs International to contribute to the success of the event.
“We remain committed to professional service and safe event delivery. We thank the Ministry of Tourism and its partners for the trust placed in us and for allowing Cribs International to be part of such a national event,” the statement concluded.
The One Nation Reggae Festival, which celebrated reggae music and its cultural significance, attracted large audiences and featured several prominent Jamaican artists, including Christopher Martin.
