In a statement on Tuesday, EDSA clarified that this information is completely false and a deliberate attempt to misinform the public.
The fake news claims originated from a bogus website (edsa.sl.officialgovt.site) not affiliated with EDSA. The Authority emphasized that they have not made any such announcement through any official channels.

It’s definitely a false information I know EDSA will not be of such grounds to do that offer. Instead of amending or attending to the current blackout issues they are here say rubbish
