The Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, Conrad Sackey, has held a focused engagement with principals of secondary schools following their request for dialogue regarding the upload of Continuous Assessment Scores (CASS) and the Basic Registration System (BRS).

The meeting brought together the Chief Education Officer and the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Education to address concerns raised by school leaders, clarify expectations, and reinforce the government’s commitment to pupils across the country.

During the engagement, Minister Sackey reaffirmed the Government’s position on examination fees, stating that fees will be paid for all eligible candidates. He emphasized that no deserving pupil would be left behind in the examination process.

The Minister also urged school leaders to act promptly by signing the required undertaking and completing all necessary procedures to facilitate a smooth and timely upload of CASS and BRS data.

The engagement concluded with a renewed call for discipline, integrity, and collective responsibility in safeguarding the academic future of pupils nationwide.
