The CEO of Fame Entertainment, Fredrick Peters aka Famous has signed a one-year contract as a “Brand Ambassador” for the Nectar Sierra Leone Bulk Terminal – NSBT.
Famous is one of the leading musicians in Sierra Leone who has released successful albums and made successful shows. The Mr Hit Maker spread the news to his fans on social media which captured the attention of the public.
He wrote; “my people yesterday 14/5/2021, I signed a one year contract as a brand ambassador for the NSBT.NSBT is committed to provide a safe and clean environment, clean roads, terminal buildings and the quayside. Please help me welcome them in to the fame-entertainment family”.
This is a welcoming news to the Sierra Leone Entertainment Industry as couples of musicians are signing Ambassadorial deals with Corporate Bodies, Companies, Mobile Telecoms, Brands, etc.
Nectar Sierra Leone Bulk Terminal (NSBT) is a Joint Venture Company between Sierra Leone National Shipping Company Ltd. and Nectar Group Ltd. Located in the largest natural harbour on the African Continent.
Nectar Group has had a presence in Freetown since October 1988 when they first assisted in bagging imported rice from bulk vessels. In 2015, Nectar took over the Bulk Terminal in Freetown, Sierra Leone, employing 80% of Sierra Leone nationals. In 2016, the port was recognized by the ‘Best Dry Bulk Port’ award at the IBJ awards.
NSBT is committed to provide a safe and clean environment. Environmental cleaning equipment is now on site and being used on a daily basis to clean roads, terminal buildings and the quayside.
NSBT is responsible for all the activities from the uploading of vessels to storing of cargo in the port warehouse, including maintenance of all terminal equipment.
