Sierra Leone’s First Lady Dr. Fatima Bio met Pope Francis of Rome Italy on the 19th of November 2022, where they discuss a range of issues.

The first Lady is the first Sierra Leonean to ever in history meet the Pope who is the head of the Catholic Church.

The First Lady said it was a great opportunity for her and Pope Francis is a symbol of greatness in humility.

“His Holiness Pope Francis on Saturday 19th November 2022 symbolized the Greatness in Humility when he insisted that he will stand up, walk over to, shake hands with, chat with and give personal gifts to every single person in the delegation that I led to meet him in his distinguished Private Chambers. What an inspiration!

As a Muslim Woman, this journey, to get the United Nations to declare the “November 18″ date, has taught me a great lesson; People from different can common ether for the greater good of humanity and achieve a Common Agenda.

I want to thank Jennifer Wortham for giving me this chance to serve humanity and most especially, I want to thank my beloved husband, H.E.
