The First Lady of Sierra Leone, Madam Fatima Bio has been spotted buying Ice Cream with out security aides.
Someone took a picture her at the spot she went to buy ice cream for her child just like any normal parent, casually dressed in a loose blouse and pant with flip flop slippers.

See how she stands casually and patiently waiting for her to be attended to, when she can use her influence and power to just order a security to get her child the ice cream she desires but she chose to get it her self.

Her action shows that she is a very humble person who is also simple and a caring mother who places the need of her child first.
