High Court Judge, Hon Justice Adrian Fisher has approved a restraining order against the former Minister of Lands, Dr. Dennis Sandy, in the land dispute matter between him and Abraham Randall.
Dr. Dennis Sandy, former Minister of Lands, by Order, is now restraint from interfering with the property of Abraham Randall at Cape Road, Aberdeen in Freetown.
He has also been ordered to pay a sum of SL50 Million in damages for trespass to the said property.
Dennis Sandy was appointed as Minister of Lands by President, Julius Maada Bio when he took over power in 2018, but because of his extremism and excesses was widely criticized and eventually sacked, and replaced by Dr. Turad Sensesie.
