The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is apologizing for power outages in Freetown today.

According to EDSA, severe weather conditions damaged parts of the distribution network, causing power to go out in the capital city.

EDSA crews are working to repair and maintain the affected infrastructure. They are also collaborating with Karpowership, a major electricity provider, to get the power lines back online as soon as possible.

The inconvenience caused by the outage is acknowledged by EDSA. They assure their customers that they are working diligently to restore power.
