The Ministry of Public Administration and Political Affairs has officially signed a contract with HUMNCE.LLC to develop a Digital Human Resource (HR) Hub for the Public Service of Sierra Leone.

This initiative, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications, Technology, and Innovation, is funded by the Ministry of Finance.

The project marks a significant advancement toward President Julius Maada Bio’s Big Five agenda, which aims to revamp public service architecture.

The new HR Hub will prioritize digital recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, individual performance appraisal systems, transfers and promotions, capacity building and knowledge management, as well as personnel profiling.

The establishment of this digital HR Hub is anticipated to greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public service management in Sierra Leone, streamlining processes and improving overall service delivery.
