The High Court of Sierra Leone has issued warrant for the Director of Surveys and Lands, Tamba Dauda.

The warrant for the arrest of Mr. Tamba Dauda was issued on the 13 September, 2021.

The Court ordered for the arrest of Mr. Dauda after his failure to comply with the Court’s order given to him on September 7 to countersign a certain Survey Plan.

The Court noted that Mr. Tamba Dauda should be arrested and brought to court to explain to the Court why could not abide by the Order and why he believes he cannot he cannot be sent to prison for contempt of Court.
