The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), a constituent college of the University of Sierra Leone, has announced a revised fee for academic transcript requests.
Effective December 1, 2024, students will be required to pay Le1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred New Leones) to obtain their transcripts.
This adjustment applies to both returning students and graduates seeking copies of their academic records.
The IPAM administration aims to streamline the process to improve efficiency and accessibility. Applicants are required to obtain a transcript application form from the Finance Office, located on the ground floor of the institute’s Tower Hill campus.
Completed forms must then be submitted to the Deputy Registrar’s Office on the fourth floor for onward processing.
Students are advised to pay the stipulated fee at the Rokel Commercial Bank, Account Number 180125660101, located on Siaka Stevens Street in Freetown. Proof of payment must accompany the application form upon submission to ensure smooth processing.
The college administration has reiterated its commitment to providing timely support for all students and graduates requiring official documentation.
For further inquiries or clarification, applicants are encouraged to contact the administration directly via telephone at +232 25811242 or by email.
This update comes as part of IPAM’s efforts to enhance administrative services and ensure a seamless experience for its students and alumni.
The college management encourages all prospective applicants to adhere to the outlined guidelines to avoid delays or complications.
