High Court Judge Adrian Fisher has ordered all accused persons in the matter: The State Vs Samura Kamara, Dr Kandeh F.S Kamara & Jules Sanders Davis to return on 1st April 2023, & return all travelling documents to the Master and Registrar

Kamara together with six others is accused of corruption together with regards misappropriation of funds and misleading the principal among other crimes.

The APC presidential candidate has since denied the allegations and said the case was politically motivated.
